Best museums at the best price

Something that is overlooked in New York city is it's culture and its rich history. These aspects of the city are represented by museums that are found all throughout it. Each Museum specializes in certain aspects like History or culture that has occurred at any point in time. New York has a little bit of everything and it is at our disposal.

These are a couple major museums that you should all check out.

American Museum of Natural History- Pay what you want

This Museum is for people who like to explore a little bit of everything. There are all sorts of different animal exhibits, a planetarium, history of different cultures and peoples, different types of rocks and crystals, and it continues to add more exhibits each year.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art- Pay what you want

The Met has a wide variety of art and artifacts that spans from early civilization to modern art. Early Mesopotamia artifacts can be found as well as Egyptian coffins. If you're a history buff or enjoy fine sculptures and paintings from all over the world, then this museum is for you.

Visiting these Museum's may feel like only something to do on a school field trip or some sort of educational experience you have with you're grandparents, however the exhibits are interesting and you can visit them any time you are available. Oh yeah and most of them are either free or pay what you want. So if you have a day with nothing to do and don't want to spend too much money, I suggest trying some of these places out.

Here's a link that will tell you which other museum's are free/pay what you want and when they are open.
